Аннотация: В материалах презентации представлен вводный курс в закупочный процесс, дается общая характеристика единой информационной системы и электронных площадок (далее ЕИС, ЭТП): - слушатели знакомятся с интерфейсом и структурой ЕИС, личным кабинетом заказчика и участника; с электронными площадками; - рассматриваются вопросы настройки рабоПоказать полностьючего места пользователя ЕИС и ЭТП, установка и настройка браузеров (Chrome, Спутник и др.), КриптоПро, плагинов, сертификатов электронной подписи и корневых сертификатов; - использование ГИС «Независимый регистратор»; Проверка соответствия участника закупки установленным требованиям – отсутствие в РНП (участника, учредителей, руководителя), наличие лицензии, членства в СРО по открытым официальным источникам. Анализируются требования контрактной системы к описанию объекта закупки. Выполнено с использованием СПС КонсультантПлюс, Гарант, а также электронных систем Госзаказ, Эконом-Эксперт. Законодательство РФ дано по состоянию на 01.06.2026 The presentation materials provide an introductory course on the procurement process and give a general description of the unified information system and electronic trading platforms (hereinafter referred to as the UIS and ETP): - the audience gets acquainted with the interface and structure of the UIS, the customer's and participant's personal accounts, and the electronic trading platforms. - the issues of configuring the user's workplace of the EIS and ETP, installing and configuring browsers (Chrome, Sputnik, etc.), CryptoPro, plug-ins, electronic signature certificates and root certificates are considered.; - use of GIS "Independent Registrar"; Verification of the compliance of the procurement participant with the established requirements – absence from the RNP (participant, founders, head), availability of a license, membership in the SRO according to open official sources. The requirements of the contract system for the description of the purchase object are analyzed. The work was carried out using the SPS ConsultantPlus and Garant legal reference systems, as well as the electronic systems Goszakaz and Ekonom Expert. The legislation of the Russian Federation is given as of 01.06.2026.
