Аннотация: The article examines trends in the concept of the state caused by globalization, digitalization, and environmental problems. It analyzes the weakening of traditional sovereignty due to the growing influence of international organizations, the development of a digital state model (using the examples of Estonia, Singapore, and RussiaПоказать полностью), and the emergence of an environmental state as a priority for sustainable development (using the examples of Germany, Sweden, and Denmark). The article concludes that the modern state is transforming into a dynamic mechanism that combines technological advancements, environmental responsibility, and the ability to integrate globally to ensure the well-being of its citizens.
