Выполнено с использованием СПС КонсультантПлюс, Гарант, а также электронной системы Госзаказ, Эконом-Эксперт Законодательство РФ дано по состоянию на 01.09.2026 The basic issues of managing procurement of products for the needs of customers in the public sector (state, municipal, state-owned, and budgetary institutions) and the corporate sector are considered, and the main stages of procurement are studied. The structure of the textbook is presented in three sections: - Fundamentals of Contract System Management; - participants in the contract system; - information support for the KS. It is intended for use in the DPP PC and DPP PP in order to train specialists in the contract services of customers (contract managers), members of the procurement commissions of customers, authorized bodies, organizations, and employees of specialized organizations. It is based on the use of the SPS ConsultantPlus, Garant, as well as the electronic system Goszakaz, and Ekonom-Expert. The legislation of the Russian Federation is as of 01.09.2026.
