Аннотация: The study presents a specially developed system of indicators for assessing the sustainability of industrial organizations in the modern Russian context. A multidimensional model integrating economic, social, environmental, and management aspects is developed based on an analysis of data from the Federal Service for State StatisticПоказать полностьюs (Rosstat) and research performed at the Higher School of Economics, as well as established methodological approaches. Key trends are identified: a deceleration of industrial growth in 2025, a growing labor shortage, and adaptation of ESG strategies in the context of geo-economics changes. It is shown that the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) require adaptation to the corporate level with adjustment to the specifics of the particular industry. The article provides an overview of assessment methods and tools, a detailed definition of the key concept, and conclusions and recommendations for governance practice.
