Аннотация: This article presents a study on specific aspects of improving the efficiency of secondary wood resources management. Expanding the resource and production potential of enterprises in the forest industry is an important task at both the state and local levels. In particular, it has been established that the use of secondary wood reПоказать полностьюsources is a crucial basis for the industry's development. The forest industry has a relatively high share in the gross domestic product in many countries. In Russia and many developing countries, the situation is much worse in this regard. However, the prospects for the development of the forest industry are broad. To a large extent, the industry's potential is associated with the involvement of huge volumes of secondary wood resources in production. Key features related to improving the efficiency of secondary wood resources management are highlighted. It is determined that the most important elements in assessing the directions of secondary wood resources use are market demand, enterprise efficiency, and adherence to sustainable development principles. The most significant result of the research is an algorithm for solving the problem of improving the efficiency of secondary wood resources management.
