Аннотация: The paper considers the problems related to forecasting the interest rate of a corporate bond loan. An overview of the main methods of forecasting the interest rate used in the issuance of corporate bond loans is given. The typology of methods of forecasting the interest rate of corporate bond loans is carried out. The analysis of Показать полностьюissued corporate bond loans in six sectors of the economy, such as the electric power industry, ferrous metallurgy, mechanical engineering, transport, communications and telecommunications, food industry is made. The analysis is carried out for three time periods, namely: 2012-2014, 2015-2017, 2018-2020 years. In the process of analyses, the methods that enterprises most often use when planning interest rates on issued corporate bond loans are identified. Based on the identified methods, an interest rate planning method was proposed that calculates a weighted average of the planned bond interest rate. The data on testing the proposed method based on the calculation of the weighted average value of the interest rate are presented. The conclusion about the possibility of using this method of forecasting when issuing corporate bond loans is drawn.
