Аннотация: The article describes a wireless system for determining the mass and distribution of cargo in a vehicle's body by installing sensors on the vehicle's axle. The sensors allow for weight determination through the degree of displacement of the vehicle frame with an attached sensor during suspension deformation under load. The relationПоказать полностьюship between the mass exerting pressure and suspension deformation is established during system calibration, accounting for the individual elastic properties of suspensions in different trucks. To connect the sensors and the onboard control device, the authors propose organizing a wireless communication channel. The article presents an analysis of several wireless technologies and protocols that can be applied for transmitting information from sensors to the onboard system, with Wi-Fi being selected as the preferred method. Additionally, an algorithm for organizing communication sessions between the onboard system and sensors, as well as for requesting and transmitting information, is presented.
