The database provides a list of electronic resources of the main regulatory legal acts regulating the application of protective measures of the national regime and the tools of transition to these resources. Protective measures of the national regime in the implementation of procurement is a system of measures, including rules and restrictions applied in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs (in the contract system), as well as in corporate procurement (Federal Law 223-FZ), to create the most favorable conditions for suppliers of Russian goods (works, services) and products produced in the territory of the EAEU member states.
