Аннотация:
Abstract
Ghost imaging (GI) microscopy is an innovative microscopic technique based on spatially correlated light fields. In this letter, we have demonstrated that the GI microscopy (GIM) is less susceptible to spreading and blurring images than using standard optical microscopy (OM). In the contextПоказать полностьюof image contrast, the depth-of-field of the GIM scheme is proved to be much greater than in OM. Recovered object images keep their dimensions and contrast while moving the objective lens collecting scattered light over 2 mm-long range. The results obtained have the potential to be used for a wide-field, label- and scan-free imaging of complex biological tissues.
