Аннотация: Исследование посвящено характерному для бунинской поэтики словесному сочетанию «снежная пыль», которое располагает сложной художественной природой, соединяющей в себе метафорическое и параллелистическое начала. Выявляется семантическая сонаправленность слагаемых образа, определяются его историко-культурные подтексты, а также роль вПоказать полностьюперсональной бунинской имагинативной географии. Через все наследие писателя проходит линия сопряжения образов снега, пыли и огня как образных индикаторов будущего/прошлого России. Все три мотива отчетливо идиосинкратичны (т.е. представляют собой крайне индивидуализированную, специфически «бунинскую» версию образного языка) и являются знаками неприятия революции, наполняются апокалиптическими смыслами, вписываются в «метельный» сюжет. Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов. The article examines the paraUehsm "snow dust", one of the characteristic indicators of Bunin's poetics. The semantic alignment of the two components of this image is revealed, its historical and cultural implications are determined, as well as its role in Bunin's personal imaginative geography. Through Bunin's entire oeuvre runs a line of conjugation of images of snow, dust and fire as figurative markers of Russia's future and past. All three motifs are clearly idiosyncratic and serve as signs of rejection of the revolution; they are filled with apocalyptic meanings, fit into the "blizzard" plot, and also refer to the "steppe" and northeastern imaginary geography. The aim of the article is to clarify the nature of Bunin's artistic identification of snow with dust. The metaphor is obviously in the foreground here, i.e. transference by similarity. However, regarding the cultural implications of snow, which refers to the "blizzard" plots of Russian literature, and dust/sand, which Bunin associated with the most disastrous places on the geographical map (the Russian steppe borderland, especially in "Dry Valley", the Egyptian desert in the travelogue "Temple of the Sun", etc.), similarity may conceal a deep experience of the tragic unity of the world - intrinsic to the poetics of parallelism, the opposite poles of which are connected in non-metaphorical constructions. The approach is based on the concept of psychological parallelism introduced by Alexander N. Veselovsky and then productively developed in the analysis of Bunin's texts in works by Dina M. Magomedova and Barbara Lonnqvist. The analysis carried out in this work made it possible to see the consistency of the image of a snowstorm as a means of metaphorizing social revolt. In a number of Bunin's works, particularly important in the perspective we offer, the snowy landscape becomes a harbinger of disaster, the embodiment of which is also traced in the images of fire, symbolically associated with the red rooster, dust and flour (closest correlations to snow). In particular, the proposed perspective of understanding Bunin's imagery led us to some advanced interpretations of enigmatic works typical for this author. One of them is the story "The Tenant". The article also examines the correlation between the miniature "The Eve" and the preceding novel "The Village". It is concluded here that the parallelism of snow and dust revealed in Bunin's poetics, along with a number of satellite images (flour, fire), forms a system of semantic signals through which the writer expresses his rejection of the Russian revolution.
