Аннотация: Power quality problems have become important issues for many industrial consumers. The main cause of power quality problems is the use of high-power non-linear loads, such as semiconductor converters, variable frequency drives (VFDs) and induction melting furnaces. To meet harmonic limits in industrial PDS, high-pass damping filters are required the attenuation of characteristic harmonics and the correction of the frequency response of the power system.This article presents novel configurations of high-pass damping filters based on ladder LCtwo-port structures. A filter design procedure of high-pass damping filters (HPDF), based on using multi-criteria optimization methods, is proposed. The design approach simultaneously minimizes total harmonic distortion and ensure the correction of PDS frequency response. Using this approach, fourth- to sixth-order HPDFs are designed to attenuate harmonic components generated by multi-pulse converters. The nominal parameters of HPDF components are determined, taking into account resonance phenomena in filter circuits. Simulation results confirm that the proposed HPDFs provide the attenuation both characteristic and non-characteristic harmonic components in a wide frequency range and resonance damping of the power system.
