Аннотация: The article discusses city development strategy of the primary real estate market on the example of the city of Krasnoyarsk. The aim of the study is to form sustainable clusters of apartments. This study is relevant today, since such studies have not been conducted for the city of Krasnoyarsk in terms of clustering and visualizing Показать полностьюdata with help of the digital technologies. Moreover, the cluster analysis includes not only internal factors, but also external ones. Despite the fact that the collected data is not tied to a geographic location, the visualization of the cluster distribution takes this indicator into account.
