Аннотация: In the context of the ongoing systemic economic crisis, during the period of the introduction of many restrictions and sanctions against the Russian Federation and, as a result, the toughening of competition in interregional markets within our country, innovations and their large-scale introduction into the economic life of societyПоказать полностьюare becoming increasingly important in the domestic reproduction process. Innovations act as one of the main factors of economic growth during the modernization of the socio-economic system, contribute to the increase and strengthening of competitiveness and the growth of the efficiency of economic activity. Based on the foregoing, it can be concluded that it is impossible to achieve a high level of economic development, as well as a high level of import substitution, which the Russian Federation is striving for in the current geopolitical situation, without introducing innovation in the production of goods and services. This article analyzes the impact of the 2020 lockdown on the volume of innovative goods, works and services, on the financing of innovative activities, and on the structure of innovations in the Russian Federation.
