Аннотация: The article is devoted to the concept of the form of complicity and the problem of the correlation of categories of form and type of complicity. There is no consensus on this problem in scientific doctrine of criminal law. The general concept of the form of complicity is highlighted and the traditional classification of “forms” is given.
