Аннотация: Some preliminary results are studying the violation of supersymmetry in the genome of Anopheles gambiae. In the framework of this work, super-symmetry is understood as the second Chargaff rule, which establishes the equality of frequencies of oligonucleotides that are read the same in opposite di-rections, taking into account the rПоказать полностьюeplacement of nucleotides according to the complementarity rule. A meas-ure of symmetry breaking within the same DNA strand was calculated for the Anopheles gambiae genome. A comparative intragenomic analysis of data was carried out. Installed, symmetry breaking inside reflecting intergenomic variability.
