Аннотация: During the study of the biodiversity of cyanobacteria and algae of the littoral zone of the meromictic Lake Shira 45 species were found: Cyanobacteria - 7, Chlorophyta - 4, Bacillariophyta - 34 species. Cyanobacteria and green algae were represented mainly by species and genera with wide distributed in freshwater ecosystems: LeptolПоказать полностьюyngbya voronichiniana, cf. Trichocoleus hospitus, Phormidium cf. paulsenianum, Pseudophormidium cf. golenkinianum, Ps. pauciramosum, Leptolyngbya perforans, L. subtilissima, Oocystis lacustris, Chlorella cf.vulgaris, Chloroidium cf. saccharophilum, Stigeoclonium sp. Diatom algae were also represented by genera with the ubiquitous distribution: Amphora, Aulacoseira, Cocconeis, Cymbella, Fragilaria, Gomphonema, Grunowia, Gyrosigma, Hantzschia, Navicula, Nitzschia, Pinnularia. To obtain more accurate information, further research using molecular-genetic and electron microscopic methods is needed.
