Аннотация: Analyzing the activity of the public organization «All-Russian Assistance Committee for the Sick and Wounded Red Army Soldiers and Disabled War Veterans» and its trade-industrial enterprises in the Siberia, the author, based on the previously not published archival materials, makes an attempt to prove, that in Soviet Russia in condПоказать полностьюitions of new economic policy there was social entrepreneurship. It was developed under a controlled public charity and was intended to solve social problems to mitigate the effects of disability. The Committees and its social enterprises has taken over the functions of an additional source of funding for social welfare of the war disabled, facilitating their integration into society.
