Аннотация: Рассмотрены основные направления деятельности полиции в контексте реализации положений главы 2 Конституции Российской Федерации. На основе системного анализа положений Конституции Российской Федерации и законодательства выявлены конституционно-правовые основы, регламентирующие деятельность органов обеспечения правопорядка, в первуюПоказать полностьюочередь полиции. Показано, что конституционно-правовые основы деятельности полиции в механизме обеспечения прав и свобод личности занимают первостепенное значение, а функционирование полиции должно рассматриваться сквозь призму Конституции Российской Федерации и развивающих ее положения правовых актов. The main directions of police activities in the context of the implementation of the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. On the basis of a systematic analysis of the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the identified constitutional and legal framework governing the activities of law enforcement agencies, primarily the police. It is shown that the constitutional and legal framework of police activity in the mechanism of ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual is paramount, and the functioning of the police should be considered through the prism of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and developing its provisions and regulations.
