Аннотация: В статье рассматривается пространство университета как поле приложения сил прикладной этики. Проведен анализ изменений характеристик этики успеха в современном обществе. Рассмотрены факторы влияния на ценностные установки молодого поколения и их отличия от более старших поколений. Представлены результаты исследования ценностей, мотПоказать полностьюивов успеха и их иерархии у студентов вузов г. Красноярска. Установлено наличие у студентов небольшого числа преобладающих мотиваций достижений успеха, связанных с внутренними ценностными установками, такими как дело по душе, удачное достижение желаемой цели, самореализация и удовлетворенность собой. Проводится детальный анализ обнаруженного приоритета внутренних личностных мотиваций успеха и соответствия его современным тенденциям модернизации российского социума и образования. The article examines the space of the university as a field of application of forces of applied ethics. The analysis of changes in the characteristics of the ethics of success in modern society is carried out. Factors of influence on the values of the younger generation and their differences from older generations are considered. The study of values and motivations for success and their hierarchy of the university students of Krasnoyarsk was performed. The technique of psychological diagnosis of the students motivations for success proposed by S.A. Pakulina was used. A small number of the dominant "internal" motivations to achieve the success, such as "a favorite work", successful achievement of the desired goal, self-realization and self-satisfaction were found out. The least attractive motifs of successful activity for them is external success: to have their own business, the need to command, influence other people make decisions for them, to have their own business. A detailed analysis of the detectedpriority of the internal motivations of personal success and of its conformity with modern trends of modernization of the Russian society and education was carried out.
