Аннотация: Relevance of this subject is caused by that production in jury trial is one of the directions of the Russian judicial reform urged to provide the right of citizens for hearing of cases guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation in this form of legal proceedings. Also, the jury trial in comparison with a usual form of Показать полностьюlegal proceedings possesses bigger collective nature and independence, stimulates competitiveness of criminal procedure and has other advantages reducing risk of miscarriages of justice and abuses at justice implementation. In addition this subject is actual also because is debatable owing to the features and problems.
