For the quality of the vibration tests manufactured devices, it is important to take into account the experimental equipment design features of the device under test. Under the existing equipment vibrodiagnostics at enterprises, civil and defense industries, methodology of experimental tests need to be developed. In this paper, as a test object, a portable communication station are manufactured at the company «Radiosvyaz» was taken. The feature of the problem is the test of the shock load station in the transport position, when dropped from various heights. The research on the impact load assesses the impact of hitting the part or assembly of rigid or flexible, flat surface. The existing experimental methodology of vibrodiagnostic tests was analyzed, and it was stated that it does not meet the basic features of the dynamics of the portable communication station as the main directions of vibrations directed along the axis of the direction of the irradiator. It follows that during the vibration analysis it is necessary to arrange a station or vibration sensor so as to take into account oscillations along all the axes of vibrodisplacement device. Before the experimental test we propose to conduct finite element analysis of the design in order to evaluate how it will behave in the developed computer model of the product in viva, and compare the results of theoretical and experimental research. It is, therefore possible to reduce the duration of the experiment and improve its accuracy by studies of dangerous vibration directions. At the design stage, designers find the unsuitable elements and the opportunity to correct them. The results indicate that the developed method of testing complex allows checking the quality characteristics of the device at the design stage, as well as calculating the peculiarity of instrument design for the qualitative experimental testing. The result of the following recommendations were made: provide a disturbance in the direction along the axis of the irradiator; develop a method vibration tests with the presence of two or three vibration sensors for to fixing the vibrations simultaneously on three axes. This research helps to develop the methodology for experimental testing, which allows to reduce it duration, and at the same time increase efficiency.
