Аннотация: Development of vibration protection systems providing efficiency and safety during operation of technological equipment and pipelines is one of the main tasks of controlling dynamic state of machines. One of the effective methods of vibration isolation of the dynamic technological equipment is the use of vibration supports. By now Показать полностьюactive and passive methods of vibration damping are actively used. The combination of two methods of damping will provide stability and adaptability of vibration protection systems to the operating conditions of technological equipment. This paper presents and investigates the design of a hybrid vibration support including a magnetorheological spring system as a vibration damping element. The distinctive feature of the vibration support is an extended range of operating characteristics and reduced intensity of component parts wear. The analysis of damping characteristics of the hybrid vibration support in passive and active mode of operation is presented. A simulation model of the vibration support in MATLAB Simulink simulation environment with the use of PID regulator is developed. The results of simulation show the effectiveness of vibration damping systems with magnetorheological spring system in conjunction with various technological equipment. © 2022 IEEE.
